Chicken Salad With Caper And Quince

Ingredients :
A cucumber, a quince
Chicken breast and an onion
A tablespoon of caper
125 gram of mayonnaise
5 tablespoon of olive oil
Lemon juice and salt.
2 tablespoon of vinegar
2 tablespoon of mustard
Directions :
Cook the chicken in the salty water. After cooking chicken, cut into small cubes. Peel the quince and cut into slices. Pour the lemon juice to keep them not to get darker. Chop the cucumber fairly large. Chop onions like rings. Put chicken, quince, cucumber and onion into a large plate. Add caper and salt. Mix with mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar and mustard and serve.
