Ingredients :

A jar of caper 120 gram
500 gram of rice
2 tomatoes
2 bay-leaves   
A dessert spoon of salt
4 glasses of meat broth

Directions :

Leave the rice in the warm water for 30 minutes. Then wash it through. After that leave it to filter.  Melt butter in a pan and add filtered rice. Stir it until they stick and leave each other. Add salt and bay leaves and then add  boiled and filtered caper. Mix them all. Add chopped tomatoes and stir again. After that add meat broth and leave to cook for 10 minutes on a slow fire. And leave it for 15 minutes to brew and then serve it.
